Return & Refund

1. Returns

Returns are applicable on products within 3 days from the date of delivery. Exchange of products can also be done within 3 days of delivery. However, customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Exchange & Replacement Policy

Products that are defective or have quality issues are eligible for replacement. To get a defective item replaced, please contact our Customer Service within 3 days of product delivery.

The defective product or the defective part of the product will be recalled and replaced after verification.

3. Conditions for Replacement

Once your return is received, the product will undergo a quality check. Replacement will be processed only if the product meets the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and unwashed
• The product must be returned within 3 days of delivery
• All original packaging, box, and accessories must be intact

4. Items Not Eligible for Replacement

The following products shall not be eligible for replacement:

• Jewelry with physical damage to the product or box
• Jewelry that has been washed or used
• Jewelry not in original condition
• Jewelry returned without original packaging and accessories
• Customized jewelry

5. Refunds

At present, we offer replacement or exchange only. Refunds are not applicable unless specifically approved by management after inspection of the returned product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery along with clear images or videos of the issue. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
